In addition to offering Management Agent services, Star Management Corp. has also served as consultant for the development of newly constructed projects.
Among the 34 projects that we manage, we have provided consultant services during the development stage 12 of them.
Presently we have under development and/or construction signed management contracts 408 units, which are distributed among 4 projects. All these units will be regulated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program:
